Located in the Central Business District, you will be surrounded by the finest theaters and restaurants, all easy walking distance. This condo’s location provides access to the Garden District, Magazine St, the Superdome--walk to the Saints games, and our famous cemeteries.

The health and safety of our guests is my number one priority. While I minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via a lockbox, I am dedicated to providing you with 24/7 dedicated support and expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines. This large and modern condo offers two separate bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. The open concept living area has plenty of room to relax after a full day of exploring. This condo is perfectly situated for all types of guests-- couples, friends, and business travelers alike. Additional features: rooftop deck, gym, wi-fi, cable, full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.

For parking, you have two convenient options: 1. Street Parking: Available from 8 AM to 7 PM, payable by the hour. Please note, street parking is free on Sundays. 2. Parking Garage: Located next door at 310 Carondelet St. (Ez Park), with a daily rate of approximately $28. Provided in Kitchen: Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, some cooking supplies, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, light bulbs, hand sanitizer, liquid anti-bacterial hand soap, and dish soap. Provided in Bathrooms: Bath and hand towels, hand sanitizer, liquid anti-bacterial hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, and one hair dryer. Provided in Bedrooms: Linens, comforter, blanket and pillows. Provided in Laundry: Laundry soap, dryer sheets, clothes iron, and ironing board.

HOUSE RULES – Please Read Carefully 1. No Parties or Events
 • Parties are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • Please follow any signage or guidance from building staff. • Disturbing behavior may result in loss of your security deposit. • Legal action may be taken for any parties that cause damage to the unit, building, reputation, or relationships with staff/residents. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 2. No Smoking
 • Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property. • A $350 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. 3. No Pets
– Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. • A $250 fee will be charged for unauthorized pets. 4. Registered Guests Only • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit. • No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. 5. Responsibility for Guests • The booking guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests at all times. • The primary guest must be physically staying in the condo. 6. Wall Policy • Do not tape, nail, or adhere anything to the walls. • A $350 repainting fee will be charged if damage is found due to tape or adhesives. 7. Air Conditioning Use • Do not set the A/C below 67°F. • Doing so can freeze the system and result in damages. 8. Check-Out Policy • Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless previously approved in writing. • Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of up to $200, depending on the length of the delay. 9. Trash & Recycling • Please dispose of all trash and recycling in designated bins or the building’s trash room. • Do not leave trash on the floor in or outside of the unit. • Excessive trash or food waste left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee. 10. Report Issues Promptly • Please notify us of any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue as soon as possible so we can address it during your stay.

Neighborhood

You could not ask for a better spot! Located right in the Central Business District, there is an overwhelming choice of wonderful restaurants, all within walking distance. The Sanger Theater, Joy Theater, Civic Theater, and the newly renovated Orpheum Theater all provide entertainment throughout the week. You can then walk 3 blocks from the condo to the French Quarter; the most famous neighborhood in New Orleans. There you will see some of the most beautiful historic sites that the city is known for, not to mention some of the most well known restaurants in the world.

Guest Access

The condo is 976 sq ft. There are 2 private bedrooms both with queen size beds with memory foam mattresses. 2 full sized private bathrooms in each bedroom. washer and dryer in condo full kitchen, gym, roof top deck (deck is under construction at this time but still accessible, expected to be completed by 11/01), TV , wifi New luxurious showers with rain shower fixtures and glass doors, new LED lighting on dimmers, new kitchen back-splash.

Find us

Location is right on the St Charles street car line which will take you to the Garden District, Commanders Palace, and Lafayette Cemetery No 1. The Canal Streetcar line is 2 1/2 blocks away and there are two different lines; one to City Park and the other to the cemeteries (streetcars will be labeled on the front of the car). The brand new Rampart Streetcar line is only 4 blocks away and will take you along the top of the French Quarter into the Marigny neighborhood where you can explore the amazing nightlife on Frenchman Street. The Loyola Streetcar line is 4 blocks away and will take you directly to the Superdome. There are also bike rentals and guided tours as other options to see the city. If you do have a car, there are many secure parking garages in the immediate area. Remember though, one of the best way to get around New Orleans is to walk it! Take your time when exploring and soak up the architecture, the culture, the music, and of course, the food.
