While I minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via a keypad, I am dedicated to providing you with 24/7 dedicated support and expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines. Gorgeous modern loft in the heart of New Orleans. This condo comes fully furnished with classic modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, range oven stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The bedroom has a king size bed and a walk in closet. The unit also has a private laundry room with a washer and dryer. Cable television and Wi-Fi access is also included.

For parking, you have two convenient options to choose from: 1. Street Parking: Available from 8 AM to 7 PM, and you can pay by the hour using the nearby parking kiosk or the ParkMobile app. The great news is that street parking is free on Sundays, making it a budget-friendly option if you're planning to park on that day. 2. Parking Garage: If you'd prefer a more secure and hassle-free option, there's the EZ Park Garage located right next door at 310 Carondelet St. The daily rate is approximately $28, though please note that in-and-out privileges may not be available, so plan your parking accordingly.

 • Parties are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • Please follow any signage or guidance from building staff. • Disturbing behavior may result in loss of your security deposit. • Legal action may be taken for any parties that cause damage to the unit, building, reputation, or relationships with staff/residents. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 2. No Smoking
 • Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property. • A $350 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. 3. No Pets
– Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. • A $250 fee will be charged for unauthorized pets. 4. Registered Guests Only • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit. • No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. 5. Responsibility for Guests • The booking guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests at all times. • The primary guest must be physically staying in the condo. 6. Wall Policy • Do not tape, nail, or adhere anything to the walls. • A $350 repainting fee will be charged if damage is found due to tape or adhesives. 7. Air Conditioning Use • Do not set the A/C below 67°F. • Doing so can freeze the system and result in damages. 8. Check-Out Policy • Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless previously approved in writing. • Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of up to $200, depending on the length of the delay. 9. Trash & Recycling • Please dispose of all trash and recycling in designated bins or the building’s trash room. • Do not leave trash on the floor in or outside of the unit. • Excessive trash or food waste left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee. 10. Report Issues Promptly • Please notify us of any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue as soon as possible so we can address it during your stay.
