For parking, you have two convenient options: 1. Street Parking: Available from 8 AM to 7 PM, payable by the hour. Please note, street parking is free on Sundays. 2. Parking Garage: Located next door at 310 Carondelet St. (Ez Park), with a daily rate of approximately $28. Provided in Kitchen: Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, some cooking supplies, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, light bulbs, and dish soap. Provided in Bathrooms: Bath and hand towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and one hairdryer. Provided in Bedrooms: Linens, comforter, and blanket. Linens for both roll-away beds will be available in the bedroom closet. Provided in Laundry: Laundry soap, dryer sheets, clothes iron, and ironing board. Child items provided when requested in advance: "pack n play" crib, high chair, and child utensils. *Extra supplies may be found in lower cabinets or the supply closet. Locked cabinets or closets are for maintenance and/or cleaning crew only.

HOUSE RULES – Please Read Carefully 1. No Parties or Events
 • Parties are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • Please follow any signage or guidance from building staff. • Disturbing behavior may result in loss of your security deposit. • Legal action may be taken for any parties that cause damage to the unit, building, reputation, or relationships with staff/residents. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 2. No Smoking
 • Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property. • A $350 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. 3. No Pets
– Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. • A $250 fee will be charged for unauthorized pets. 4. Registered Guests Only • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit. • No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. 5. Responsibility for Guests • The booking guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests at all times. • The primary guest must be physically staying in the condo. 6. Wall Policy • Do not tape, nail, or adhere anything to the walls. • A $350 repainting fee will be charged if damage is found due to tape or adhesives. 7. Air Conditioning Use • Do not set the A/C below 67°F. • Doing so can freeze the system and result in damages. 8. Check-Out Policy • Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless previously approved in writing. • Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of up to $200, depending on the length of the delay. 9. Trash & Recycling • Please dispose of all trash and recycling in designated bins or the building’s trash room. • Do not leave trash on the floor in or outside of the unit. • Excessive trash or food waste left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee. 10. Report Issues Promptly • Please notify us of any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue as soon as possible so we can address it during your stay.

PROPERTY AMENITIES: Please keep in mind that as our guest you are free to use any available amenities, however the building management reserves the right to control access to those amenities. All amenities are located on the 5th floor. There is an outside lounge/deck area, a small indoor lounge area, and a small area with fitness equipment. We kindly ask that you respect any posted rules and specific hours. And a reminder, NO PARTIES anywhere on the property and quiet time is 10pm until 8am.

Tickets for this historic mode of transportation can be easily purchased online or directly from the conductor. Remember to carry exact change for a smooth experience, as no change is given. For those preferring a more modern approach, Ubers and LYFTs are readily available throughout the city, providing an efficient and cost-effective means to navigate both near and far. For a unique and enjoyable journey, try the pedicabs—bicycle rides pedaled by locals that offer a fun and eco-friendly way to see the sights. Parking is made easy with pay-to-park options along the street and several parking garages located just around the block. However, given the prime location of our condo, most guests find little need for their vehicle during their stay. With everything from dining and entertainment to famous attractions within walking distance or a short ride away, our location truly is a hidden gem for those looking to immerse themselves in the heart of New Orleans.
